Summary

Almost half of American private-sector employees participate in shared capitalism? — employment relations where the pay or wealth of workers is directly tied to workplace or firm performance. Employees in other countries have similar types of pay and work arrangements but the US is arguably the world leader in shared compensation and decision making arrangements.
