Jennifer Briggs, Senior Strategy Consultant at The Beyster Institute
Jennifer, or Jen, has over two decades of experience as an executive focused on organizational psychology, governance, and corporate performance. She has worked in a mix of companies of different sizes from public to family owned to ESOP firms in several industries. She holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership, is a member of several employee ownership organizations, an Executive Fellow with Rutgers University, and a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors. She is Former Vice President of Human Resources of New Belgium Brewing. She appeared in the film “We The Owners.”
