Ken Baker, CEO of NewAge Industries
In 2006, Ken Baker established the company’s Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), and its employees now own 100% of the company. He is a founding member and Chairman of Pennsylvania Center for Employee Ownership and a board member of the Employee Ownership Expansion Network. Ken is an experienced presenter, speaking about ESOPs to other CEOs at local and national events. He built a successful company, which is now wholly owned by its employees.
